Submit completed ARA form including details and projected dates. 2. Notify Office prior to removal of -a structure with date of removal. Provide license and insurance for contractor. Maintenance, will.need to verify that utilities are in order. i 3. Submit completed Lot Survey includi �I g site plan to Office. 4. Submit sealed construction plans or sealed manufactured housing specifications sheets prior to an owner seeking a County Permit. 5. All structures must be constructed of materials that meet the barrier island code provided that they meet all other Ocean Resorts Bylaws and Rules for construction. 6. Submit manufacturing company/sales/transfer company names. License and insurance shall be provided to Ocean Resorts prior to work commencing. 7. Concrete slab work must be completed and approved by the Association prior to commencing construction of new home or before any home manufactured offsite will be allowed onto the Ocean Resorts property. Once allowed 'on to Ocean Resorts property any mobile, manufactured, or any home on wheels must be placed on the lot the same day it is delivered and may .not be stored on .common property overnight. 8. Utilities must be marked, to be reviewed maintenance, and the office advised if any changes or modifications are required. Any modifications required must be approved by the office and will be at the owner's expense. 9. A permit must be issued (a. copy must 1e provided to the -office) prior to beginning construction of a traditional home or before any home that is premanufactured off site will be allowed to be brought onto Ocean Resorts. 10.
