To Whom It My Concern:
Please be advised that qualified personnel of Architectonic Inc. performed an onsite inspection at the above
referenced location to review the infield modifications to the 2 hour fire separation from the tie beam to
underside of roof deck and the window modification as described below which meets with our approval as well as
the requirements of the 2017 Florida Building code.
Fire Separation deviation was adding a pressure treated double 2x8 ledger to the wall under the truss to support
the weight of the 3 layers of fire rate drywall attached to the truss.

Window modification was adding concrete block with filled cell in lieu of mull bar.
