pany and said Byington shall enter into a purchase oontraot, whlch contraot shall be approTed by
counsel for both parties hereto and shall provit. for the delivery of warranty deed oonveylng

THIRD: Said purchase contract shall fUrther provide that the balance of the purohase
price shall be paid by said Byington giving to said Company a purobase money flrst mortgage for
one hundred and nlnety six thouBand four hundred and twenty four dollars (1196,424.00) the bslanoe
of the purchase price, pa,able forty nlne thousand one hundred six dollars (.49.106.00) two
years after date of olosing of title, and one bundred forty seven thousand three hundred eighteeD
dollars $147,318.00 five years after the date of such olosing and both sums bearing interest
from the date of suoh olosing payable semi-annually at the rate of six per cent (6.) per annum at
the office of Engineering Investors Corporation, 37 Wall Street, New York Cit,; that the balsnoe
of the purchase price seoured by said purohase money mortgage shall be represented by two prQ-
mlasory notes, both bearing ev.n date with the purohase money mortgage, and the aate of 8uoh
