THIS AG~&EYENT. made and entered into this 28th day of Novomber, 1924, by and between
Adolph peaat of Roseland. Plori~a, heresfter oalled party ,of the flrst p.~t and E.J. Wood and
A.V. Hill of Vero, Plorida. hereafteroalled the part, of the second part.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITlESSErH, Part; of 'he first part for and In: oonsideration of the

of Roseland, Plorlda, and is platted into lote and blocks; said land lying ~
southeaet of Plorida Bast Coast Rallroad right of way and bounded on the North-
west by San Sebastian Ba" oxte~dlng southeasterly to Lemon Stroet and North-
easterl, to Plaming (Jzant Line.
IT IS THE UHDKRSTA1NDING of the parties hereto that secona party is to eell said land for
not less than twenty thoutand dollars ('20,000) on terms of one half cash at time of delivery
of deed and abstraot and the balance dlTided Into three equal annul payments, represented by notes
and secured by mortgage on said property, with interest at therate of ~ per annum.
If said second party shall sell said property, he 8h&l1 receiTe in full oompensa-tion a
sum equal to l~ of the gross selling price, said oompenBation to be paid party. of the second
part out of first payment IDbde by purchaser of land.
It is understood that should firet party find a buyer .01' said property within the life
of this agreement, rlrst party shall sond saId .buyer to second party and in eTent of sale to
suoh buyer, a compensation of l~ of sales price ls to be made, one-third of whioh is to be
retained by first party and two-thlrds to be paid seoond party.
IT is underotood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that if at any time after the
expiratlon of this agreement first party or hie agent shall make a sele to any party or parties
Introduoed to first party by second party hereto, a oommisslon of ten per cent of sales price
of the propert, shall be paid said second party hereto.
THIS AGREKUER! is bindlng on the parties hereto, th~ir heirs, exeoutors or assigne.
