tione by sealed instruments duly exeouted in aooordanoe with the.laws of the state of Plorid_
for the oonveyanoa of real estate.

14. -No struoture exoept a fence of the kind hereinbefore descrlbed may ever be ereoted

15. On and after January 1, 1940, all of the foregoing conditions, restriotions and liml-
tations numbered from one (1) to Twel~e (12) inclusive, shall beoome released without any ao-
tion on the part of sald Royal Park Compan,. its succeesors or assigns.
And the said party of the first part doth covenant with the Baid party of the second part
that it is lawfully selzed of the said premises; that they are free of all incumbrancea. (ex-
cepting ell taxes and all installments of assessments !or municipal improvements becoming due
and payable atter the dste of thia deed\ and that it has good right end lawful authority m
sell the s8me; and the aaid party of the first part d06S hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
