to be selUred by a nGte and mortgage. encumbering the above deacribed property, payable
five years frOm date of the conveyance, withintereat at the rate of six per cent per annum,
payable semi-annually.
It is further understood and agreed that an abstract to the above described property
shall be seoured by the party of the first part and furnished ~lto the parties of the

said premises. and the parties of the second part ahall have until tbe 31st day of March A.
D. 1925 for examination of the said abstraot.

faila to show marketable title in the opinion of tbl attorneys for the parties of the seoond
= part. that the sald sum of TWO THOUSAUD ($2000.00) Dollars heretofore paid tothu parties
