ARCHAMBAULT ond JJ~NA ARCHAMBAULT, his wife, dat.d on the lot dalof November A. D. 1922. and to continue for term of four years from the date thereof, and the said Warranty Deed herein above mentioned shall so express. The said LeBB8 coverin& the two story frame hotel building on Palmetto Avenue known as the STETSON HOUSE and whioh said STETSON HOUSE oovers a part of the property whioh is the sub;ect of this contraot.
