wife Rena ~ker of the County of st. Luoie in the State of Florida, parties of the first part
and L.E. Fitzgerald of the County Of!a)m{!.t.b.t.h in the state of Florida party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of ten Dollar~, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted. bargained and Bold to the said party of the seoond part,
hlo heirs and aeoigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of st, Luoie State of Plorida to-wit:
COYUENCING AT A POINT'on t?e Eastern edge of the Indian River where the line
,between sections twenty four (24) and Twenty five(25) Township thirty seven (37)
South, Range forty one (41) East, meets or intersects the waters of the Indian River,
and running thenoe Baat along the said line between said Seotions 24 and 25 to the
range line and continuing atong the same oourse along the line between sections, nine-
teen (19 ) Bnd thirty (30) in Township 37 South, Range Forty two (42) East, to the Atlantic
Ocean, thence south easterly along the high tide line of the AtlantIo Ocean a distance of
(99) Ninety nine feet; thence west along a line parallel to the oaid lines between oaid
Sections 19 and 30 and 24 and 25, to the Eastern edge of the w&ters of the Indian River, thence
in a Northwesterly direction meandering the said Eastern Edge of the Waters of the Indisn
River to the point of beginning, together with all riparian and or littoral rights and
appurtenant
accretions/to sail property .
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to smd land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoe.er~
