THIS INDENTURE, made thio 28th day of January A.D. 1925, between Earle H. Spellman and Anna
Spell~an, his wife, of the County of BuchanaD, and State of Missouri parties of the first part
and F. Fred Acker, 01 the County of St. Luoie and State of Plorida party of tho second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in oonsideration of the
sum of one thousand Dollars to them in hand paid. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled~ed,
have granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and
transfer unto the Baid party of the seoond part and his heirs and assigns forever, all that cer-
