THIS INDENTURE, Made the 13th day of Uaroh, 1926.
BETWEEN Susan E. Reams as Guardian
of the estate of Dewey D. Reams, and James U. Reams.minors party of the first part and Dewey
D. Reams of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: ~hat the Baid Susan E. Reams Guardian aB aforesaid. having on the 5th day
of January A.D. 1925, by petition applied to the Judge of the County Judge's Ccnrt in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell qertain real estate, the property of sai~
minors ~ying and being in the s~id County of St. Lucie and more particularly hereinafter
described, and the ~ayer in said petition having ap~eared to said Judge to be reasonable
and just end to the best interest of said minors and the Court being satisfied of the ex-
pedienoy of suoh sale, having made an order dated the 13th day of Maroh A.D. 1925, directing
the said guardian to sell the said real,e9t~te at private sale; and thereupon the said
guardian having oontraoted to sell the said real estate to the Baid party of the seoond
part for the BUm of One Hundred (tlOO.OO ) Dollars to be paid as follows:

And the said guardian having reported said contract to the Court and the Court being
fully advised in the Jr emises and satisfied that the price offered for said real estate WBS
fair and reasonable. and that the conditions of such sale were such as the interest of said
minors required, having by crder dated the 13th day of tfarch A.D. 1925 ratified and confirmod
said oon~raot of sale and ordered the said ~ardian to make deed to soid party of the second
part of the real estate hereinafter described upon the terms hereinbefore set forth.
liO'R THEREFORE, iL consideration .of the premises and the sum of Cne Hundred Dollars lawful
money of the United states of Amerioa. to him in hand paid. at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof j8 hereby
acknowledged, the party of the first part hereto, as guardian aforesaid has granted, bargained
J sold, aliened, remised, released, 80nveyed and confirmed unto the said party of t~e second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that oertain lot, tract and parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, and State of ?!orios, known and described
., as follows, to-wit:
