THIS IHDEft'l't'RR. Hade the 13th day of Uarch 1925, B&'fVPo..:EH SusBn E. Reams as Guardian
of the estate or Dewey D. Reams and JamBS U. Reams minors party of tho first part. and Mary H,
stapp of the County of St. Lucie end S:ate of ~lotida party of the second part,
WITNESSgTH, that the said SU8an B. Reams guardian a8 aforesaid. having on the 5th day of
January A.D. 1925, by petition applied to the Judge of the County Judge's Court in and for
St. Lucie County, ?lorida, for euthori ty to sell certain real 6state, the property of said
minors lying and being in said County of st. Lucie and more p~~ticularly Ber8~nafter describe';
and the prayer in said petition having appsared to said Judge to be reasonable and just and
to the best interest of oaid minors ani the Court being satisfied on the expedienoy of such
sale, having made an order dated the 13th day of Karoh A.D. 1925. direoting the said -guardian
to Svll the said real estate at private sale; and thereupon the said guardian having contraoted
to sell the said real estate to the said_party of the second part for the sum of One Hundred
(~lOO.OO) Dollars *0 be paid as follows:

And the said guardian having reported said oontract t~ the C01rt. and the C~rt being
fully advised in the premises and satisfied that the prioe offered for said real estate was
fair and reasonable. and that the conditions of such Bale were euoh as the interest of aaid
minors required, having by order dated the 13th day of Ucrch A.D. 1925. ratified and ccnfirmed
said contraot of aale and ordered the said guardian to make deed to said party of the second
p6rt of the real estate hereinafter desoribed upon the terms hereinb.lor. set forth:
