That ell taxes on the within desoribed property, to the maturity of thio contraot shall be paid by tha Company, aud no interest will be charged on deferred payment 0 if paid when due. 4. That all payments must be made by bank draft or mOney order payable to the Oompany at DAVEBPORT, IOWA, Ho agent o~ the Oompany has authority to reoeipt for money, exolusivo of the. first payment. 6. That should purohaser be disabled by illness from following his usual vooation and furnish a physician's certifioate s~iisfaotory to the Oompauy, payments shall be suspended for a peri04 of slxtJ days. 6. That the Oompany must be notified in writing in the event of an assignment of this contraot, .and must ~onsent to the same in writing befor6 same will be binding upon it. 7. That the unpaid balanoe of the purclwse price on &ny contract on whioh less than fifty per cent (5~) has been paid, may be paid in full and a disoount of ten per cent (l~) deducted from tho unpaid balanoe. Any contraot on which fifty per cent (50%) or more and less than seventy five per cent (75~) of the purchase price has been paid, may be paid in ~lll and a discount of eight pc:r cent (8~) deduoted fr-om the unpaid balance. The last twenty five per cent (~5~) due under any contract may be paid in full and disoounted six par cent (6~). 8. That should the purchaser fail to make payments as herein specified. time being of the essenoe of this agreement, the purchaser forfeits his rights and interests in BBid Oontract and all moneys paid thereon, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages. 9. That should ~hs purchaser make payments agfregating fifty per ~~nt (5~) of the purcheee price and then die before becoming delinquent in hi. payments, his heirs shall be entitled to receive a paid up contract without further payment. In caBe of the death of purchaser before having paid fifty per cent (5~) of the purchase price and before becoming delinquent, his heirs may on notioe in writing to the sellers continue payments or receive a paid up contract for the number of acres paid for prior to death of purohaser. Proof of death and heirship satisfaotory to the sellers must be given to the sellers within thirty (30) days from the date of death. 10. And that purohasers who buy 1dthout seeing the property of the Oompany shall be allowQ ed sixty (60) days from the date of the application in which to make a personal inspection of said propertYi and if the purohaser upon such inspection ~oes not find said property a6 repre- sented in the literature of the Indian River Parms Oompany, he or she May then give notice in writing and the Oompany shall 'hen refund all payments made by the purchaser. together with in- terest at the rate of six per cent (6~) per ar.!lum fe," such time as the Incian River ?arms COmBf'ny shall have had the money in its possession, provided, however, that unless such written notice is received by the Indian River Parms Company within sixty (60) days from the cate of the acceptance ~~~ of this application, Oontract shall be binding" both the purchaser and the Indian RiTer Parma Oompany. 11.
