And that all of the above desoribed lands was deeded by Thomas J. Britt, to E. J. Davis,
in the year of 1901, A. D. conveying Bame by Warranty Doed for a valuable oonsideration.
That he, Thomas J. ~r~tt, did Quit Claim the same lands to Hubart B. Krant., of Palm
~eaoh Co., Fla. during the Y6ar of 1924, but at the .time of signing the said Quit Claim Deed
did make kn~n to the said above named persons that he bid Bold these lands and that they were
