13. The privilege and easement is hereby forever reserv6d to'said ~oyal Park
Company, its suoceseo~s end assigns, to ereot end maintain poles. wires and other suitable e-
quipment for electric li~ht. power, telegraph, telephone And other 9ublic utilities, and to
~onatruot and oaintaln sewers, water mains and p.8S malno on, in and under the rear five feet,
and the three f~et on eaoh side of eaoh lo~ hereby oonveyed, sad for suoh purposos 08 well
as to repair, remove or replace said poles, wires. equipment, sewers and mair~. said Royal
Park Company, ita suocessors and assigns. shall have the right of ingress, egresD and re~ress
as may be neoessary or oonvenient for all of sa4d purposes.
14. no struoture exoept a fence of the kind hereinbefore described may over be
ereoted upon any port of the strips of lend in theee preaiees over whioh an easement for publio
utility purposes has been reaorved.
15. On and sfter January 1. 1940, all of the foregoing conditions. restrictions
and li~itation8 numbered from One (ll to Twelve (12) inolusive, sl811 becone released without
any action on the part of said Royal Park Company, ita ma0068SO~8 or 8ssifDB.
And the said party of the first part doth oovenant wi th the sold psrty of the sec-
ond part that it is lawfully seized of the said premises; that they are free of all incumbrances
(excepting all taxes ond all installments of asseo~ments for munioipal improvements becoming
due and payable after the date of thi8 deed), am -chat it has good r1 ght and lawful authority
to sell the same, and the 80id party of th e f1 rat part dees hereby fully warrant the ti tle to
saId land, and will defend the same against the lawful ulains of all persons whomsoever.
