THIS DEED, Yade the 6th day of Yarch A.D. 1925, ~y Leon H. Hass, and otLa C. Hess his wife
of the County of Scott, St~te of lows, hereinafter called the grantors, to C. Palmer West of the
County of Saint Lucie State of Plorida, hereinafter called the grantee.

other good and valuable oonsiderstions the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do give, grant
