On behalf of the project ownership we respectfully ask for relief from the code
requirement stating the finished floor elevation for the subject project must be 18 inches
above the adjacent road crown. We have provided signed and sealed drainage
calculations and received approval and permits through the SFWMD, the stormwater
quality and engineering divisions with a designed finished floor elevation of 27.10 NAVD.
The project lies within the PGA Reserve
