The waiver request is for a DISTRICT 1 proposed sales o � ice at 8401 Commerce Center Dr., Port St. Lucie. Pursuant to Secti n 7,04.01(C-3) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Planning SEAN MITCHELL and Developme t Services Director has the authority to grant administrative relief, when DISTRICT 2 topographical co ditions are such that compliance with this subsection would be impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby properties, consistent with the intent of the Florid Protection regulations and any other applicable portion of this Code. LINDA BARTZ DISTRICT 3 The Planning a d Development Services Director has granted your request for administrative relief of the fini hed floor elevation based on the following determinations: FRANNIE HUTCHINSON 1. The proposed sales office is located in Flood Zone X. DISTRICT 4 2. The proposed finished floor elevation will be at 27.10' NAVD which will be 0.38' below the elevation of the crown of the road. 3. The eleva�ion of the center line of the adjacent road is 27.48' NAVD. HOWARD N. TIPTON 4. The proposed finished floor elevation is based on the PGA Reserve Master Drainage COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR System and is regulated by the design parameters set forth in the master permit.
