Please accept thi letter in response to your written request received January 31, 2020 to waive

the finished floo elevation of 18" above the crown of the road. The waiver request is for a

Pursuant to Secti n 7,04.01(C-3) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Planning

or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby properties, consistent with the

relief of the fini hed floor elevation based on the following determinations:

1. The proposed sales office is located in Flood Zone X.

2. The proposed finished floor elevation will be at 27.10' NAVD which will be 0.38' below
the elevation of the crown of the road.
3. The eleva�ion of the center line of the adjacent road is 27.48' NAVD.

4. The proposed finished floor elevation is based on the PGA Reserve Master Drainage

System and is regulated by the design parameters set forth in the master permit. The
