presents. in pursuanoe ot the eaid order aM deoree ot tho said CO\lllt in Chanoery, did on the
seoond day ot Karoh, 1925, ull at publio auotion the aaid premises oovered by lien, herein--
atter partioularly desoribed, having tirat given previous notioe ot the time and plaoe, with a
desoription ot the said premises, agreeable to the order aforesaid; at whioh sale the Eaid
premise8 oovered by lion, herel~ftor part10ularly desoribed, were sold to the said party ot
the eeoond part tor the SWIl ot One Hundred 8eventy and No/1OOi$170.00) Dollars, that being the
highest SWll bidden tor the same.

NOW THEREFORE, TlUS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the said Speoial Alaster, in order to carry
into etfeot the said 8ale 80 made as atoresaid, in pursuanoe ot the said deoree of the said
Court of Chancery, in oonsideration ot the premises, and ot the said sum of One Hundred seveDW
and No/IOO (.170.00) Dollars, paid at the time of the ~xeoution hereot, by the said party uf
the seoond part to the said Speoial kaster, the reoeipt whereof, he does h~reby aoknowledge,
has granted, bargained and sold, aliened, released, oonveyed and oontirmed, and by these pre
sents does grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, oonvey and oonfirm unto the said party of
the seoond part, and to his heirs and assigns torevor, the oertain paroel of land in the County
of St. Luoie, and State ot Florida, desoribed as tollows:
Lot 26 in Blook 82, aocording to the Plat of the Town ot Fellsmere.
together with all and singular the rights, members, privileges, hereditaoents and aFPurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertliining.
