Lucie County. International Airport is considered to be an existing Conditional Use. 2. The Ft., Pierce Air Center has ee I n operating as a Fixed Base Operations Center (FBO) E on 84.8 acres of leased land si ce 1987. This FBO is located on the western side of the existing airport grounds. The t.
