4. CONTRACTORS SHALL UTILIZE EQUIPMENT THAT IS CONTAJNED COMPLETELY
WITHIN INDICATED AREA OF CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENDS A MAXIMUM OF 100.0
FEET ABOVE GRADE OR LESS.
5. CONTRACTOR AND PERSONNEL SHALL OBSERVE AND COMPLY WITH ALL AJRPORT
RULES AND REGULATIONS IMTH REGARD TO AJRPORT SECURITY AND SAFETY.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE 48 HOUR NOTICE TO OWNER, AIRPORT
REPRESENTATIVE. AND LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT IF ANY WATER DISTRIBUnON
SYSTEMS OR FIRE HYDRANTS MUST BE TEMPORARILY DEACTIVATED OR IF ANY
EMERGENCY ACCESS ROUTES MUST BE REROUTED OR BLOCKED.
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL USE LOCAL 911 SERVICE FOR MEDICAL OR POLICE RESPONSE
NOTIFICATION.
8. UPON DISCOVERY OF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, CONTRACTOR SHALL CEASE
WORK IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY OWNER.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROMDE 24 HOUR NOTICE TO AJRPORT STAFF PRIOR TO
DELIVERY OF CRANES OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION EOUIPMENT WHICH REOUIRE
ISSUANCE OF NOTAMS. CONTRACTOR SHALL OeTAJN APPROVAL FROM AJRPORT
PRIOR TO OPERATING CRANES IN AREA OF CONSTRUCTION.
10. CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAJN ALL REQUIRED PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS AS
REQUIRED BY AIRPORT AND LOCAL JJRiSDiCTION.
11. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY "NO CUTS" 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DIGGING OR
EXCAVATING ANYVMERE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PENALTIES OR FINES IMPOSED
BY FEDERAL OR LOCAL JiRISDICTION WITH RESPECT TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH
AIRPORT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
13. ACTIVE TAXIWAYS AND RAMPS SHALL BE KEPT FREE FROM ALL DEBRIS, DIRT, OR
LOOSE MATERIALS AT ALL TIMES. WATERING MAY BE REQUIRED BY AJRPORT OR
FAA TO CONTROL DUST.
14. ANY EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS LOCATED OR STORED WITHIN 200 FEET OF
AIRCRAFT MOVEMENT AREAS SHALL BE SECURED ADEQUATELY TO VATHSTAND
AIRCRAFT BLAST.
