representatives or assigns, and reserves to himself, his legal representatives or assigns, the
ri8ht to enter upon the above d~scribed property for this purpose.
The seller also a.grees ..at his expense- to illprove the above mentioned lots wi th rocked and

All the terms and representations made prior to the time of the makfing of this contraot
are oontained herein.
The stipulations atoresaid are to apply to and bind heirs, executors. administra.tors, suoce-
