Responsibility for all fees associated with the general permitting shall be with the owner. 2. Responsibility for all submittals associated with the general permitting shall be with the contractor. 3. Purchase and maintain General Liability Insurance for work performed or services provided and/or materials for the work. 4. Promptly restore, repair, or replace (at no additional cost to the owner) any disturbances or damage to existing structures or utilities. 8. Coordinate between trades to expedite the project in a smooth & continuous workflow. 9. Determine field location of access doors/panels supplied by mechanical trades and installed by others. Location of light fixtures shall govern position of pipes and ductwork. Do not place access doors in inaccessible locations or in conflict with lighting, grills, registers, or casework. 10. Keep the premi as free from accumulatlon of waste materials or rubbish. Remove all rubbish, tools, scaffolding and surplus materials and leave the job in�broom-clean condition. 20. Make every effort to secure the project site against unauthorized access. Coordinate with owner for appropriate warning signage to be posted throughout construction. 21. Prohibit SMOKING inside the structure upon the beginning of installation of drywall. Smoking to be allowed onsite only in outdoor areas. 22. Provide at least one portable toilet prior to any on -site construction. Toilets shall be placed with door away from view of any street or house and shall be kept clean and sanitary. DRAWINGS 23. Do not scale drawings - use dimensions noted. 24. Verify all dimensions, notes, and conditions in field and notify architect of any discrepancies prior to construction. 25. Notify architect of any discrepancies between architectural drawings and consulting (structural and mechanical) engineers' drawings. 26.
