The objective of this report is to assess the proposed installation of a new antenna on a proposed rooftop parapet mount. This report is limited to the analysis of the parapet mount only. The existing structure js an. approximately 176 ft, tall building located in Jensen Beach, FL: There are currently, existing antennas and. support equipment mounted to a steel mount.on the exterior -of the parapet building in sectois.'Alpha, Beta, and,: Gamma. The existing .installation has an approximate antenna'ceriterline elevation of 180 ft.. 2.0 EXISTING & PROPO iED ANTENNAS & EQUIPMENT Currently, each sector as the following equipment: • Sectors Alpha, Beta& Gamma One (1) N.V.. Antenna measuring 72.0"H x 11.8"W x 7.9"D (69.5 lb) ➢ One (1) RRUS .11:B26 measuring 1.9.7"H x 17.0°W x 7:2"D (51 ibs) ➢ One (1) RRUSII31 B25 measuring 16.5°H x 1.1,8"W x 9.3"D (59.5 Ibs). Parapet wall antenna mount ➢ Miscellaneous I quipment and, cables 'negligible in weight and profile I. The following antennas and equipment are proposed for each sector: Sectors Alpha, Beta &II Gamma: ➢ One. Manual 10Ed, American Institute of Steel Construction • Site visit photos & measurements taken by Dewberry on 03/21/18 Sprint RF Desi'gn Sheet (RFDS ID: 120700) dated 09/25\2/17. 4.0 LOADING AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA The following Code-sp Icified strength limit state (LRFD) load combinations were considered in the analysis of the antenna 'mounts (TIA-222-G): 1. 1.2D + 1.6W The following Code-spel ified serviceability load com i Y binatlon was considered in the deflection of the antenna mounts (TIA-222-G): 1. 1:0D + 1.OWservice Where: D = dead load of lstructure, steel, and new equipment. Cascade Number: M173XCO37 Project No.:50091894 .April4, 2018 6.0 CON.CLUSIONS, COMMENTARY, AND RECOMMENDATIONS The proposed upgrade for this site requires a new wall mount installation to accommodate the proposed equipment. 'The- existing antenna installation was not analyzed for this report. The analysis concludes that the proposed antenna mount has sufficient structural capacity to support the proposed installation. The.maximum utilization of a single structural member within the Proposed mount under the proposed loading is 9.6%. Dewberry recommends the following mount installation for each sector: • Install Angle wall mount kit (Site Pro 1 P/N: WMA300) spaced a minimum of 3'-V apart vertically. • Attach using Hollow wall mount kit (Site Pro 1 P/N: HWK58) • 7'-0" long, 2-7/8" O.D. Sch. 40 antenna pipe mast attached to angle wall mount kit. Please note, the loading conditions require the proposed radio head. for each sector to be installed on a separate unistrut mount behind the parapet. This analysis is limited to the proposed. antenna mount only: If actual field conditions, vary from what. was assumed in this analysis, the results and conclusions expressed herein are invalid and further evaluation is recommended for any proposed installation to continue.
