This Warranty Deed made this-16th day of April, 2018 between JOHN R. CASEY, a married man whose;.post office
address is 44754 Kirk- CL, #116, Canton, MI 48187, grantor, and JOSE ALEJANDRO FUENTES, a single man,
YANELYS FUENTES, a single person, KARINA FUENTES; a single person, and ALEJANDRO MANUEL
FUENTES, a single person, all as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, whose post office address is 1651 W 37th St.,
Suite 406, Hialeah, FL 33012, grantee;
(Whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and trustees)

set forth in the constitution of the state of Florida, nor is it contiguous to or a part of homestead property.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold, the same in fee simple forever.
And the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple that the.
grantor has good right and lawful authority.to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully wan -ants the title to said
