CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR AND/OR THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION OR CLEAN-UP. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTA A CURRENTSET OFAS-BUILT DRAWINGS. INFORMATION SHALL BE RECORDED BY CONTRACT AS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES. 27. OPENING WORK AS MAYBE NECESSARY FOR PROPER INSTALLATION OF HIS OWN OR OTHER CONTRACTOR WORK CONSULTING WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS CONCERNED REGARDING PROPER LOCATIONAND SIZE OFSAME.
