THIS BILL OF SALE/QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this _L day of Novembt!r,
2017, by Roy Rueb, 1904 Lynx Drive,/Ft. Pierce, FL 34949 ("Grantor'), to Frank
Mazzella, 3264 Lakeshore Drive, Ft./Pierce, FL. 34949 ("Grantee"); %
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor; for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand
paid by the Grantee, the receipt and whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant, sell, transfer, deliver, remise, release and quit -claim unto the said Grantee
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim, and demand which the said Grantor has and in
and to the following:

thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2275, Page 1981, Public Records of

proper use and benefit of the Grantee.
