Dear Mr. Hery:
I was contacted to perform a dry -in roof certification for the above referenced residence and
associated permit issued by the St. Lucie County Building Department. It is understood that this
certification applies to a storage shed structure with gable roof geometry.
The underlayment and secondary water intrusion barrier system installed consisted of layered
self -adhering bitumen Ultra HT Wind & Wat6r Seal underlayment membrane (NOA #13-
1125.06). The underlayment mats were placed with 6" end laps and 3" side laps over joints. A 26 gauge
galvalume drip edge and flashings were installed with #11 - 1'/4" roofing nails.
This letter is to hereby certify that the installation of the stated dry -in underlayment and
secondary water intrusion barrier system was, constructed in accordance to all applicable codes in
association with the above reference permit issued by the St. Lucie County Building Department.
No additions, alterations, or further procedural phasing after the date of this certification letter of
the dry -in inspection are considered in this certification.
