EXCEPTION: THE STRAP BRACKET LOCATED ON THE VERY TOP U-BAR MUST BE MOUNTED ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE STRUT. LAY THE LOCKING STRAPS SIDE BY SIDE AND LOCATE THE SHORT STRAP.
