PROPERTY, FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THIR (30) DAYS FO THE PURPOSE OF TESTING SYSTEMS

AND EQUIPMENT IN PREPARATION FOR A FINAL INSPECTION. IN CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE

Power for TesKAg" have been fulf4led and the �premise is"ready for compliance InspeCtion.
4, AM requests for an e�Aension beiyond 30 days roust be made In writing to the Building OMclal stating
the reason for the request. Power may be removed frorn'the site and/or a Stop Work Order issued if
the Final Insppction has not been approved within 30 days. A fte of $100.00 will be required to lift
the Stop Work Order.
WE HEREBY RELEASE AND AGkEE TO HOLD HARMLESS, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES FROM
ALL LIABILMES AND CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE OF NATJ�E WHIQi MAY ARISE NbW OP, IN THE FUTURE OUT
OF THIS TRANSACTION, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE WHICH MAY BF INCURRED DUE TO THt
DISCONNECTION OF ELECIIUCAL POWER IN T14E EVENT OF VIOLAMON OF THIS AGREEMENT,
