1. On Sheet 2, please reference Indexes 17346 and 17355 of the latest FDOT Design Standards
for the striping and signing requirements of parking stalls. Comment has been addressed.
2. Please provide details of the proposed retaining wall on the southeast corner of the proposed
dry retention area. Comment has been addressed.
3. On Sheet 6, TYPICAL PAVEMENT DETAILS, please remove reference to Marshall Mix Method.
Comment has been addressed.
4. On Sheet 6, the TYPICL L ASPHALT PAVEMENT DETAIL is intended for FDOT road right-of-
way, please provide details of the asphalt section within the development. Comment has been
addressed.
5. On Sheet 6, please reJisei the NOTE regarding the subgrade thickness from 6 inches to 12
inches. Comment has been addressed.
6. On Sheet 6, SIDEWALI /PAVEMENT DETAIL, please provide the compaction requirement of
the Compacted Subgrade. Comment has been addressed.
7. On Sheet 6, SIDEWAL/PAVEMENT DETAIL, please provide a Typical Section Detail of the 6"
Pavement adjacent to the sidewalk. Comment has been addressed.
8. On Sheet 6, please relference Indexes 17346 and 17355 of the latest FDOT Design Standards

9. As conditioned in thle Site Plan approval, please provide the recorded copy of the Easement
Agreement for the twenty six-foot wide ingress and egress, and submit to Mr. Rod Reed,
County Surveyor for approval. Comment has been addressed.
