Ingenuity Engineers, Inc., is in receipt of permit comments for the above named project. We
have reviewed the comments v ith respect to our disciplines and have the following responses:
MECHANICAL: I
Comment: Please list approved material for condensation line.
Response: Will comply, s e revised sheet M-0.1.
Comment: Note 8, Page M2.0 requires "Exposed spiral single wall snap lock paint grip
ductwork". Pla s indicated spiral ductwork, not snap lock.
Response: Note 8 revise , see revised sheet M2.0.
Comment: Please submi hanger detail for exposed ductwork.
Response: Will comply, see revised sheet M-4.2.
Comment: FCU #2 is rat, d for 1600 CFM. Total on plans adds up to 1800 CFM.
Response: Schedule remised to match floor plan cfm. See revised sheet M3.1.

Comment: This is an occupan y classification change from residential to assembly and
business. Per Secti n 1012.8 of the Florida Existing Building Code, this building
now has to meet the requirements of the 2014 Florida Plumbing Code.
