Per our conversation, the first floor concrete slabs on the
above project do not requi�e a 95% compaction on the sub -
grade. They are reinforced structural slabs supported on a
pile and grade beam founda ion, which is not depend on the
soil for support. You will still need to provide a vapor
barrier and termite treatment under the -slab.
