PRODUCT APPROVAL DETAILS:
I. This structure is limited In use to patio covers, carports, canopies, sunrooms, and other similar structures.
2. This 3° riser pan is designed for use in wind speeds up to 160 with exposure C per the Florida Building Code-6th Edition (2017), ASCE 7-10, and the Aluminum Design Manual.
3. These spans are for use only outside of the High Velocity Hurricane Zone(HVHZ).
4. The panels shall be made of aluminum alloy 3004H34 or 3105H14 and shall conform to ASTM B209.
S. The approved spans are based on structures with a roof height of up to 15 IL
6. All construction with this product shall be designed by licensed engineer. -
7. Standard Tolerances ofpan: Dimension+ /- 0.005

8. Contractor shall investigate and conform to all local building code amendments which may apply.
9. This system is not approved for impact resistance from large or small debris.
10. This system shall be confined to non -habitable areas.
11. The architect/engineer ofrecordfor the project host structure to which this design is attached shall be responsible for the Integrity ofall supporting structures.
12. Separate sit -specific engineering shall be required in order to deviate from loads, deflections, or spans contained herein.
13. The contractor shall consider possible additional Imposed loads on the roofsystem. Ifsuch loads exist. appropriate reductions In spans shall be analyzed bya licensed professional engineer.

15. All fasteners to be WID or larger, SAE grade 5 or -better -unless otherwise noted. Fasteners shall be plated or coated with corrosion resistant material and shall comply with any applicable federal state or local codes.
