The detailed sequence for the entire project can vary significantly from contractor to contractor. The contractor is responsible for providing a detailed sequence of construction for all construction activities. 1. Placement of all erosion control devices. 2. Clearing and grubbing, earthwork, filling of the existing lake, and excavation of the dry detention area. 3. Storm sewer construction; all storm sewer shall be constructed in the upstream direction. 4, Water & wastewater utility construction. 5.
