This letter is to clear up the question on w ich waterproofing membrane is to be used at
the above referenced concrete restoration project. The specifications state CRW, when in
fact, the waterproofing membrane in which should have been specified is Sonneborne
Flextight. We do apologize for any inconvenience his may have caused you or your

This letter is to inform you of the upcoming repair project at the above referenced
address. The project consists of repairing spalled concrete on balconies around the
building, along with waterproofing the e�isting and repaired concrete.
We have surveyed the needed repairs and discussed demolition and repair options with
the contractor (Chase & Weber, Inc.). This letter is inform you that we would like to
proceed with repairs and have presented your office with project specifications prepared
for this effort.
In addition, I will be inspecting all work during the project, including demolition, limits
of excavation, repair procedures in accordance with ACI 318, ICRI guidelines, and FBC
code requirements. We will provide your office with copies of inspection reports as they
occur and a final inspection report upon completion of the project.
