Permit Revision/BP No. 0503-0349
DATE: February 15, 2006
Per our discussion, the shutter installation may be performed under a separate building
permit. The work may also be added to the above permit by filing a plan revision to
include this work under the permit.
The installation of the shutters will be inspected by this office. Therefore, a threshold
engineer will not be required for this work.
Please be advised that permit 0503-0349 will not pass Final Inspection until the
installation of all shutters is complete. If six months time passes between the last
approved inspection under this permit and the approval of the Final Inspection, this
permit will expire. Any time extension must be requested in writing by you and
approved by the Building Official.
