Pierce, FI 34945 Parcel Id # Dear Ms. Olsen Please accept this letter as a request for administrative relief of the finished floor elevation requirements based upon the following reasons: 1) The proposed residence is in a Flood Zone AE 19' NAVD 2) The Center Line of the adjacent road is 19.9' NAVD 3) The proposed finished floor elevation of the residence will be 20.7'NAVD which is .08 above the center line of he road Pursuant to Section 7.04.01(C-3) of the St Lucie County Land Development Code which states when topographical conditions are such that compliance with the subsection would be impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby properties.
