THIS IS REQUIRED FOR DETERMINATION OF THE ELEVATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR STORM WATER. SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, AND SECTION 7.04.01 (D) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE. See revised site plan by surveyor. 2. PLEASE SUBMIT THE ELEVATION OF THE OCCUPIED AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR DETERMINATION OF THE ELEVATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR STORM WATER.
