Within \30 days, 30" of native trees must be planted on the property or delivered to the SLC ERD Nursery. ERD staff recommends planting some red 'maples and bald cypress on the banks of the retention pond and swale. None of the plantings shall result in an overcrowded, unhealthy conditiori,for any of the trees on -site. Landscaping Inspection for this project must be failed at this time for the following reasons: 1) Much of the plant material is dead or in shock and must be replaced with living, healthy�piant material; 2) Much of the area requiring sode is not completed yet and must be completed prior to approval; 3) Most of the landscape beds have no mulch, and other landscape beds have less than 1" mulch. Prior to approval all landscaped areas shall be dressed with 3 inches of non -cypress mulch. i ERD staff will also request a demonstration of the irrigation system at the next inspection since it appears that it may not be in working order.at this time.
