IT IS NOW NECESSARY FOR ALL EXTERIOR DUCTS INSTALLED ON JACOBSEN HOMES HAVE A MINIMUM R-VALUE OF 8. ALL HEATING AND/OR COOLING SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTS EXPOSED DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE AIR, SUCH AS UNDER CHASSIS CROSSOVER DUCTS OR DUCTS CONNECTING EXTERNAL HEATING, COOLING OR COMBINATION HEATING/COOLING APPLIANCES SHALL BE INSULATED WITH MATERIAL HAVING A MINIMUM THERMAL RESITANCE OF R=B.O, WITH A CONTINUOUS VAPOR BARRIER HAVING A PERM RATING OF NOT MORE THAN 1 PERM.
