Re: Request for additional improvements for ADA entry in 8' setback and storage in rear ,
Dear Mr. & Mrs. 'Weinerman,
Please be advised that the Board of Directors has voted affmilatively on October $th,
2014, to allow yoltr most recent request of a 4' X 12' landing platform, including steps
toward the front of the unit, and a handicap elevator lift on the rear side of the platform,
provided however, you provide an updated survey, one set of sealed drawings, and St.
Lucie county Permits for same.
In addition, please notify the Operations Manger when the roof overhang, which
currently encroaches into the neighbors airspace n the zero lot line, has been scaled back
and a gutter system installed. Please be advised that no portion of construction on the
zero lot line side may be allowed to extend beyond the property line.
