Nail plywood overlaps with 8D common nails 3" O.C. 3) Attach panels to slab with Simpson 5/8" x 6" Titen HD screw anchors every 30". Minimum 2 anchors per panel; max. 12" from corner. 4) Apply top most plate staggering breaks from panel breaks. Secure with 3" Simspon DASD screws at 24" O.C. 5) Set trusses per layout. Kost Pre -Engineered Patented wall system Wall panels are connected together with truss connector plates. This eliminates wall strapping required by the Building Code. The wall are typically built with 2 x 6 studs 16" O.C. and sheeted with tYP Y 5/8" 4ply CDX plywood. Typical anchor spacing is every4'-0". A minimum of two anchors per panel and placed In each corner. Spacing will be determined by the engineer of record. 1.) Set wall panels per layout. 2.) Attach panel to panel using Simpson SDS screws. 3.) Nail plywood over laps with 8d 'nails 3" O.C. 4.) Attach panels to slab with Simpson 5/8" x 6" Titen HD Screws. Anchors every 4'-0". Minimum 2 anchors per panel, maximum 12" from corner. This is minimum for building erection. Refer to the permit set for E.O.R. Requirements. 5.) Apply top most plate staggering breaks from panel breaks. Secure with Simpson 3" SDS screws at 24" O.C. 6.) Set trusses per truss layout.
