Dear Mr. Arnold:
This letter shall .serve as certification that for the subject project,. helical piers where installed in
the locations required by the structural engineer of record.
The helical piers were Chance Helical piers, installed to depths of 29 ft. minimum. The fourteen
piers forthe:new residence were 1.5 inches square,shaft with single 12" Helix, installed to 50 kips
to 55 kips ultimate load and stopped when hitting bedrock.
