H-3-180 Mounting System Specifications
Concrete Pads: All pads are custom poured 4000 PST fiberglass reinforced
concrete per factory specifications extending 12" beyond actual generator dimen-
sions.

Mounting Hardware: USGenerator uses 4 1/2 inch 303 stainless steel wedge
anchors with bolt and washer mounted- one on each comer manufactured by
Marksmen Manufacturing Corporation located at 255 Courtland Street, Linden-
hurst New York `l 1756.. To increase surface pressure on the generator flange, the
wedge anchors are embedded in cured concrete using the USGen H 3-180
bracket which is 4.5" X 2.5" X 1/4 " thick 1030 stainless steel. After installation,
Lockite .is applied to the bolt threads -to prevent loosening and making the installa-
tion highly theft resistant.

Load Values: Each bolt is tightened to approximately 50=60 Ft/lbs of torque
creating a tension limit of 8942 lbs and sheer limit of 9377 lbs per bolt. This cre-
ates a combined tinsel strength of 35,768 lbs and sheer load limit of 37, 508 lbs.
Wind Resistance: Marksman Manufacturing states that the hardware should
be able to withstand wind pressures exceeding 180 MPH.
Note: All components used in every USGenerator installation meet or signifi-
cantly exceed the factory specifications and all known building code require-
ments.
