Per your request, the following is the scope of work for 7005 Santa
Rosa Parkway, in Ft Pierce, FL.
•Frame in opening from kitchen to existing bonus room
•Remove partition wall dividing existing bonus room in half
*Relocate water treatment equipment to the outside by routing
electric and plumbing through the same wall but out rather
than in
•Demo wall in utility and laundry,frame in door to make 100 sq ft
laundry accessible from the house.
*Add one AC duct for new laundry room
•Cut partition wall dividing kitchen and dining room to knee wall
height to be used as counter space.
*New cabinets
•New floor coverings
•New windows and shutters
•Paint interior and exterior
•New vanities and tile in showers
95 New windows (bedrooms and front window at bonus room)
•New smoke/CO detectors
•New interior doors and trim
