Tyringham Ridge, Inc. requested a MinorAdjustment to the PUD Site Plan to constructthe 14 addition of a miniature golf course and a patio deck to the rear of the existing clubhouse 15 for the Legacy Golf and Tennis Club located at 9000 Clubhouse Drive. 16 1j7 2. On December 20, 1988, the Board adopted Resolution No. 88-357, effective December ,18 28, 1988, granting development order approval to the Reserve and that has been i�,q amended several times through to Resolution No. 12-004. 20 21„ 3. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the Minor Adjustment to the proposed 22", project pursuant to the Land Development Code (LDC), Section 11.02.05(E) and found it 231; to meet technical requirements and to be consistent with the general purpose, goals, 24 objectives, and standards of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan. Planning staff has 25 performed a detailed analysis of the project and found it to be consistent with the St. Lucie 26 �,' County Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan.
