The Fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.
The Building Department schedules. all final inspections.
,�. Provide additional emergency lighting for all rooms illuminating means of egress.
Provide panic hardware for Doors 3 �; and #2 exiting from Casual Dining Room.
Provide panic hardware for the existing Main Dining Room which leads directly to the
building exterior.
NOTE: The occupant load of the building has increased from 83 persons to' 146
persons. Any door in a means of egress serving an occupant load excess of
100 persons may be provided with a latch or lock only if it is panic hardware.
4. A 40BC rated fire extinguisher is required for the kitchen. A 2A-10BC rated extinguisher
is required for each 75' of travel for all other areas including the Tennis Pro Shop.
