Residential Development
Dear Mr. Brenner:
The St. Lucie County Development Review Committee has reviewed your July 16,
1996, application for a minor adjustment to the above referenced project and has
determined it to meet the minimum technical requirements of Section 11.02.05(E), St. Lucie
County Land Development Code. The purpose of this adjustment is to indicate the as=built
location of structures in the Reserve Golf and Tennis Club, the addition of 1,115 square feet
of space to an existing 6,542 square foot clubhouse, and the addition of a 1,344 square toot
tennis shop. The total square footage for the project is 9,001.
This approval does not in any way constitute, authorization to begin construction.
Prior to the commencement of any construction on this property an, application for specific
building permits must be obtained from this department. Building permit applications may
be submitted at any time following the receipt of this notice. For specific information on
the composition of these submissions, including applicable fees, please contact the St. Lucie
County Building Inspection Section (Ph# 462-2165).
