As requested, I reviewed the pictures provided on March 6, 2023, showing the weldment of the
helical anchors to the steel base plate. The weldment shown in the pictures used in lieu of the %2"
diameter bolt with nut and washer is acceptable provided the weld is a minimum of 3/16" x 2" in
length and E60-xx electrodes, (min.), were used.
