RE: stablish rear porch elevation relative to crown of road.
Mr. Sbeikcher,
After d site visit today and evaluation of your adjacent streets and existing porch, I have come up with the
s
folloNing procedure and findings:
1. W61 assumed an elevation of 100.00 at the finished floor of the existing porch and used this as a site
2. W leveled from that existing floor to the property line extended to the East (Entrada Avenue) and to the
South (Cypress Street) along with the intersection of both roads and found the highest point elevation to be
98.60
3. Th minimum floor elevation has to be 18" (1.50') or higher than the highest point of the crown of any
adjac pt roads. Thus resulting in a floor elevation of 98.60 + 1.50 = 100.10.
_-4. Th elevation of the existing porch has to be raised a minimum of 100.10 (required)—100.00 (existing)
v
0.10' o meet St. Lucie Counties building codes in order to obtain a permit for construction.
